My name is Nikki and I am the owner and operator of En Pointe Solutions. If you’re here, you are likely looking for help. As a business owner, I get it completely. There are specific things that require your attention that other people can’t do, and then there are the millions of other tasks that are still a priority, but pull you in every direction possible and distract you from the bigger tasks. That’s where I come in.
I have been doing various administrative roles for over 15 years. After many years in a corporate environment, I began working as an independent contractor in 2019 and formed En Pointe Solutions in 2024.
It brings me joy to help quiet the chaos and provide relief for small business owners. I pride myself on being flexible and this means that what I do varies from client to client. However, here’s a brief list for some of the tasks I do regularly.
Social Media Management - Content posting, strategy, engagement, reports, etc.
Administrative Support - Project management, outreach, file management, etc.
Communication Management - Emails, calendar, social media, scheduling, outreach, etc.
Content Writing - Articles, blogs, website content, newsletters, proofreading, etc.
For every client I work with, we come up with a custom plan that fits with their needs and budget. The number one goal is that I relieve stress, not add to it.
